Spring Plant Progress

The flowers the kids and I planted a few weeks ago have a little confused.

One planter box is full of little sprout, each box holds two kinds of flowers, so we have two out of four plants thriving very well.
The other planter box for some reason has nothing coming up.  I even dug in the dirt a little to see if it was growing but maybe just a little slower than the other, but no nothing is in there.  At this point I am ready to give up on it and  maybe head back over to the Dollar Tree and get some new seeds, maybe the same as the ones that are growing.

At least with the two plants that are growing we can see everyday that they are getting taller or there are more sprouts coming up.

Jordan hadn’t checked on them in a few days and when he did he was shocked to see the change in size.  Morgan checks it everyday at least 2 or 3 times.  She loves pointing at it and poking it as she says something about it in her baby language.
Now all we need to do is wait on some actual buds and then watch them slowly open up into beautiful colorful flowers, I just hope Morgan doesn’t pick them when they finally get here.
Happy spring.
